We ship to US and Canada from our NJ warehouse. Orders will be shipped within 24 working hours of order, usually same day if ordered before 12pm ET.

We don't include any paperwork in the orders so if you are sending a gift prices won't be visible to the recipient.

Once your order has been placed we cannot amend any details. This is due to the high volume of orders being received. Please double check all your details before placing an order!

Because the $20 comes back to you. Your kit includes a $20 UpCircle gift card, so the money you pay today becomes money to spend on full sizes. You end up with 12 samples plus $20 of credit, which is why we call the samples free.

What exactly is in the kit?

12 sample sachets of our best‑sellers. For your face: Cleansing Face Balm, Cleansing Face Milk, Face Toner, Peptide Serum, Eye Cream, Face Moisturiser, Night Cream and Organic Face Oil. For your hair: Scalp + Hair Oil, Shampoo Crème, Conditioner Crème and Hair Serum. Sachets can vary slightly with stock; right now kits include a Body Cream sample in place of the Cleansing Face Milk.

How do I use everything? Is there an order?

Yes, and it comes printed with the kit. Face: cleanse (balm or milk), tone, then Peptide Serum, Eye Cream, Face Moisturiser (Night Cream in the evening) and Face Oil last to seal everything in. Hair: Scalp + Hair Oil before washing, then Shampoo Crème, Conditioner Crème and Hair Serum to finish.

How does the gift card work? Is there a catch?

No catch. A physical $20 gift card ships inside your kit box. Spend it at upcirclebeauty.com on any product you like, whenever you’re ready. Most of our full‑size products cost $19.99 to $24.99, so the card covers most of your first full size.

Are the products vegan and cruelty‑free?

All of them. We use plant‑based ingredients, never test on animals and are Leaping Bunny approved. UpCircle is also a certified B Corp, and every product contains at least one upcycled ingredient.

Will it suit sensitive skin?

Our formulas are made without palm oil, parabens, phthalates, silicones, mineral oil and parfum, and the sample sizes exist exactly so you can check what suits your skin before buying a full size. If you have known sensitivities, patch‑test each sachet first.

When will my kit arrive?

What if a product isn’t right for me?
