We offer free USPS shipping on orders over $50, $4.95 otherwise. Need it sooner? Upgrade to UPS Ground at checkout!
We ship to US and Canada from NJ - orders will be shipped within 24 working hours of order, most often same day if placed by noon ET.
We don't include invoices or packing slips in the orders so if you are sending a gift prices won't be visible to the recipient.
Once your order has been placed we cannot amend any details. This is due to the high volume of orders being received. Please double check all your details before placing an order!
We're sorry to hear that your parcel has arrived missing an item and we will endeavor to fix the situation as fast as we can!
If it looks like box has been tampered with, damaged in transit or not fully sealed please keep the box until the issue is resolved as we will need photos sent over as evidence. Without these photos your claim may not be accepted.
If there are no obvious issues with the box we would ask you to keep it until the situation is resolved.

We offer shipping insurance for a fee of $3-5 per order. If you choose this option we will replace any orders that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit free of charge once confirmed lost by the courier. If shipping insurance isn't selected as the shipping method at checkout, we are not responsible for replacing any lost, stolen or damaged orders.
If your order has been marked as delivered but you haven't received it please check with neighbours, other occupants in the building and any safe spaces that the parcel could have been left in. If you still haven't received it please contact customercare@upcirclebauty.com and our customer care team can look into it for you.
If you have purchased shipping insurance and the parcel is confirmed as lost, stolen or damaged we will replace it free of charge.
If you haven't purchased shipping insurance we are not responsible for replacing the order if it is confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided. Our customer care team will still be happy to investigate with the courier for you.
We do not offer refunds for lost / stolen or damaged parcels. Missing parcel queries must be raised within 14 days of the delivery date after this time queries will not be considered.

UpCircle was born out of the idea of minimising waste so we created the Pamper Kit so you can try before you buy! We would recommend trying the Pamper Kit first to everyone, especially those with sensitive skin. We also recommend to do a patch test on your neck before using any product, if a reaction occurs discontinue use.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and as-new. The item must be in the original packaging and you'll need the proof of purchase email please!
Once we receive your item, we'll check it out and notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You'll then receive your money back within 1 working day.
You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is returned to us after failure to deliver, you are liable for the shipping costs.
If your order is returned to us owing to one of the following issues:
Address incomplete or inaccessible
Addressee gone away
Parcel not called for
Then you may either request a refund or for the item to be returned. Both options will be subject to a $10 postage and handling fee. This is to cover the shipping cost of sending the parcel out and an admin fee for managing this.
If there's anything wrong with your order, you have 14 calendar days from the date of order to contact us via email and raise an issue. Any issues beyond this date will not be considered.
