When we discovered that more than 500,000 tonnes of coffee grounds are sent to landfill per year in the UK, my brother Will and I started collecting brewed coffee from cafes across London and transforming it into skincare products.

Now, 9 years later, we've saved 450 tonnes of coffee and rescued other
